Pro 5 only works on charge cable

I bought a brand new set of 4 arlo 5s yesterday with the magnetic charge cable. They connect to my phone perfectly fine when attached to the magnetic charge cable. When I unplug them they won’t turn on, won’t connect, won’t do anything. Have charged them all for 8 + hours. The button to reset Bluetooth does nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Verify that all the plastic wrapping on the batteries has been removed, especially over the contacts. When first installing the battery, the camera LED should briefly blink blue indicating power being applied.

Hey there, yep all plastic removed. Have tried all 4 cameras, inserting the battery with no luck. No blue light blink. Only when charged connected

The same battery? Or different batteries?

Have you tried a different charger, and different cables?
