    <description>&lt;P&gt;These cases are frequently problematic to remove. The lack of a click when pressing the release button indicates that the release has already been done - now it's how to get the camera out. I find that I have to shake the camera hard in a downward direction with my other hand ready to catch it when it (eventually) comes out. You could possibly use a small, slim tool between the case and camera to try to pry it out but be careful to not cause damage that would allow water to infiltrate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can't take the housing off to install the battery Pro 5k camera. The button does not push in at all, no click, seems glued shut.&amp;nbsp; We tried silicone as suggested for ORing.&amp;nbsp; The housing will not move at all.&amp;nbsp; Terrible functionality and a waste of money&lt;/P&gt;</description>
