Trying to setup Pro5s in Brazil. App only shows up to Pro4.

Hi,

Recently bought 3 Arlos Pro 5s 2k in the USA and brough them to Brazil. Trying to install them but there is no Pro 5 option in the app, it only goes up to Pro 4. The app seems to have the latest update, the account was created in Brazil.

What can I do? Best regards, Phil

Since Brazil isn't included in the list of countries that can get a subscription, your choices are to either create an account and set up the cameras while in the US, using a US credit card for the subscription, and then move the system to Brazil or to use a VPN to a server in the US (or other country that can get the sub) to do the same thing.
