Do you have a basestation to pair to instead of WiFi? Are you using 2.4G to pair with 1st?

What kind of WIFI router do you have? Is it a mesh? Some mesh networks have trouble pairing.

I had the same problems with my mesh, so I created a pretty generic "new" SSID home WiFI configuration of 192.168.1.0/24 gateway 192.168.1.1 and DNS is the gateway that forwards to Google and Cloudflare. With this configuration, the Pro5 cameras could pair for me.

My new cameras will not pair. I’ve tried numerous times. Checked WiFi, setting on my phone (IOS) are correct, took batteries out and reinstalled them, hit reset button, everything is fine, they scan the QR code fine and chime but the app can’t find them. I’ve tried one at a time, 2 at a time all 4. Nothing. The blue flashing lights turn to the orange and then nothing and the app can’t detect. 😡
