&lt;P&gt;The Pro5s (like all currently sold cameras) require a subscription for cloud recording and also for activity zones when on battery power.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This sounds like you do not have a subscription plan for the cameras - so that is the first thing to check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
