    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have had an Arlo camera system since 2017 with a VMB4000 base station, including 3 Pro cameras and 3 Arlo Essential XL Spotlight Cameras. My system works perfectly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now, in April, I purchased 3 additional Pro 5S 2K cameras, and unfortunately, they do not work. I did some research before buying them, and according to the website, they were listed as compatible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve tried several ways to connect them, both using the VMB4000 base station and directly via Wi-Fi, but nothing works.&lt;BR /&gt;
   The problem is that the Pro 5 camera does not appear in the options to add to the app. And when I try to install without the base, connected to a 2G network, it beeps when I scan and does not find the camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;so I can't use the camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I live in Brazil and I’m unable to return them. I also don’t have a subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I can't use the camera and I can't go back to the US to return it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
   Could you please help me resolve this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which is the problem.&amp;nbsp; The cameras aren't offered there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;IMO, Arlo should fix that - it should be possible to install all their cameras worldwide.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
