      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's very painful dealing with customer service. Now I regret buying a new set cameras. I call for&amp;nbsp; warranty issue.&amp;nbsp; They send me the wrong item then want proof the wrong item was sent. What kind of company doesn't have a record of what they send out? Because the package it came in clearly shows it's the wrong item!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
