Unable to add guest/other user

Have been trying for 2 years to add a second person to my account to my account (unsuccessfully) My wife receives a guest email, follows the instructions….her email and password, still can’t log in!

what is ANY solution???

Have her open the email on a PC and then click on the "create account" link in the email. That will open her browser to my.arlo.com. From there she logs into her account (no need to create a new one). She does need to complete the two-factor authentication step.

Note there is simpler path - she can just use your Arlo account credentials on her phone.
