      <description>&lt;P&gt;It shows I still have until May to use the trial.. Per the advertisement I should be able to use all of the features they have. I am not able to use most of them. I tried the zone feature and all it did was tell me I have to connect the AC back up. (It is wireless and does not have AC connected&amp;nbsp; ??)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's a clue that the problem Pro 5s is no longer in a subscription plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try Arlo phone support (which you get via the app).&lt;/P&gt;
