    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the helpful responses. &amp;nbsp;The best solution was to do a hard reset of the device. &amp;nbsp;It is working fine now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Pro 5S 2K not using 2K on live streaming.  Mac O/S</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have four Arlo Pro 5S 2K cameras. All of them seemed to set up properly. &amp;nbsp;When I go to “live” streaming one of them does not show 2K in the upper left corner. &amp;nbsp;Is there a setting I have wrong? &amp;nbsp;Also, does this mean it is not using 2K when it records? I restarted all of them, and that didn’t help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try downloading one of the recordings to a PC and examine the resolution there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With Windows, you can right-click and select properties.&amp;nbsp; Then go to the "Details" tab, and look at frame height and frame width.&amp;nbsp; 2K has width=2560 and height=1440&lt;/P&gt;
