    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m a Arlo client for many years have been upgrading &amp;nbsp;my cameras during the years. Just purchased in the States Arlo 5S pro .( I live outside the US)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now I found out that the reason can’t connect the new Cameras is that my App is not updated even though I have the latest version.. but the version that is compatible with the 5S has not been released &amp;nbsp;in my country and they don’t know when it will be released!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;So I can’t use my new cameras ,This most be a problem for other countries too , I told the representative that they should have put a note on the box that it only works with the newest version ( indicating the number ) I would have check before purchasing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So frustrating.. not sure what to do now might have to send it back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;FWIW, the problem isn't the app.&amp;nbsp; It's that the camera itself is not supported in your country.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
