We have the cameras for use at our office. As I didn't manage to connect the cameras at work to the work wi-fi, I took two of them home to test on my home network. To check if there was an issue with the cameras or the network. As I managed to connect them to my home network, it seems the issue is not with the cameras themselves.

When I got back to the office and tried to change the network to the office wifi, they did not connect and have not connected since - despite of multiple attempts.

One thing you could try:

temporarily set up your home wifi to use the office network name and password

onboard the cameras at home

take them to the office, and see if they connect

Hi,

we have several Arlo pro 5s 2k cameras, but suddely can't connect them to wifi. I have manually set the wifi to only be 2.4ghz for connection purposes, but still no luck.

The cameras were connected to the wifi previously, but had to be reconnected as they went out of power.

I've tried connecting at home, and it works fine.

I have removed the cameras from the app and reset them (pressing the sync button for 15 seconds until amber light blinks).

I have tried using the app on android and on iOS.

One camera suddenly connected and now works fine.

It seems that after I scan the QR code with the cameras when the light blinks blue, and the chime sounds. However, the blue light stops blinking after a few seconds - while the app is searching for the camera.

Tried different cameras, still no luck and they all behave the same...

Please help.

Business networks often have security settings that prevent Arlo from working. You may need to work with the networking folks to allow the cameras to connect.

@NorgesC - while that is certainly a possibility, if the cameras were previously (and recently) connected to the office network it is unlikely.

I suggest trying my suggestion first, and if that doesn't help you should check with your company's IT folks.
