How do I make the light on my pro 5 come on when I turn the camera on to look around, I can do it manual but will not stay on when I go out and come back to that camera.

Define "go out and come back" - you leave the house or leave the app and return to it?

Leave the app or I go to another camera and then come back to the camera that is having the problem

If I understand, you're saying that you can live view a camera and turn on the spotlight. Doing anything that causes live view to cease but then returning to the camera to again live view does not allow you to turn the spotlight back on a second time. Correct?

I just tried this on one of my Pro 5 cameras and had no problems turning the light on at any point. I guess I'd suggest removing, resetting and re-adding the camera as below:

Actually, I think @georgestgr1965 is expecting the spotlight to stay on until it is manually turned off. If I am right about that, then stopping the livestream will turn off the spotlight by design. Doing a factory reset won't change the behavior.
