How do I stop my camera from switching Wi-Fi from 2.4 to 5 or being connected to both?

There's not much you can do to prevent this.

Are you seeing the camera go off line (or perhaps seeing garbled recordings)?

Potentials options depend on your router features:

Some routers let you create an iOT network that is only 2.4 ghz. If yours has this feature, you could use that with the cameras.

Some routers let you set the power for each radio. If yours does that, you could try reducing the power on 2.4 ghz and see if you get a stable 5 ghz connection.

Moving the camera closer to the router might also help.
