How do I set the time on the Pro 5s?

You don't. It's a function of your account and its location (Home). Why are you asking?

@djbjmb - to clarify this answer...

The time zone is associated with your location, not the camera.

If you entered an address when you set up the account, then Arlo figures out the time zone based on the address. Unfortunately, they do not allow you to adjust it. You can try changing the address to something else in your time zone, and see if that works. If it does, you can try setting the address back.

If you did NOT enter an address when you set up the account, then you can set the time zone in the location settings.
