It only shows the current day. Why do you have to go through extra steps when there is a "local feed". That's dumb.

I have a set of Pro 5S cameras and a Smartbase VMB4540. I do not have a subscription. I do not want a subscription. My internet goes out all the time so having cloud based storage is worthless for me.

I can view my recordings for the current day under my base settings, but not previous days. Nothing shows in Feed under "local". I really like these cameras but they have been made extremely hindered without the subscription. I'm highly considering selling them at this point. All I want to do is view recordings from all days via the app. Why is this such a hardship?

That's dumb.

that's because ARLO is not smart enough to figure out a way to both:

showing recordings of ALL dates, AND

showing these recordings within 1-2 seconds

Hence, they figure out a compromised design, which shows only current day's recordings, quickly.

Alex

That isn't the problem. I can only see the current day and then no recordings show up under the base storage. It only shows "Today". What's the point of this if I have to pull the USB every time I want to see a previous day? The whole setup wasn't cheap. To make such expensive cameras and then hide behind a subscription is crazy. When I looked up information on these I saw plenty say I could get around the subscription. I'd have stuck with Eufy or moved to Reolink had I know the great camera quality was locked behind $12 a month.
