    <description>&lt;P&gt;No luck there.&amp;nbsp; My recorded videos come in waves.&amp;nbsp; And then it brings in 10 other videos from a few hours ago, that was triggered, recorded, and notified.&amp;nbsp; It's like batch processing.&amp;nbsp; 10-20 videos at a time.&amp;nbsp; I don't get them while the events happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 different model cameras in service.&amp;nbsp; Pro, Pro4 and Pro5S.&amp;nbsp; All recording to Local storage in Smart Hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VMB4540.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand the business model.&amp;nbsp; If you want instant notification to review the videos, get a plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not done any bench testing, and just going by feel.&amp;nbsp; The recorded vides from my Pro5S seems to take way too long.&amp;nbsp; Most of the time, it feels like 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; Pro 4 feels like several hours (6?) and Pro is almost instant, just a bit slower than the Cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is that the video in Pro5 is 4K?&amp;nbsp; Pro4 is 2K and Pro is 720p?&amp;nbsp; So takes longer to process?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Is there something I can adjust in terms of setting?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Or it's about the business model of getting one into a plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have a Blink system, without subscription, and the Local storage is just a tad bit slower than their Cloud, like the Arlo Pro cameras.&amp;nbsp; My Blink is 1080p.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No, there is no processing needed for local storage. The video is simply saved as it flows from the camera to the smarthub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you try restarting the hub?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I've done restarts.&amp;nbsp; So I did a time test.&amp;nbsp; It took about 8 hours for the videos to be available for view.&amp;nbsp; I'm using the Arlo app BTW.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;To be fair, I did not check every minute as it ran into dinner time and the evening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that it's daytime.&amp;nbsp; My 6:30am event is not available to view.&amp;nbsp; It has been 90 minutes + so far.&amp;nbsp; One recorded event.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try removing the camera from the account, doing the hardware reset, and then adding it back again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do the reset by opening the camera and pressing the sync button inside until the LED flashes amber.&amp;nbsp; (~15 seconds).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To share knowledge if others also have the same question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previously, the videos would show up on my Feed using the app., under the Local tab.&amp;nbsp; That's where I've been measuring the timing and looking for my recordings.&amp;nbsp; I still don't know why there is the delay.&amp;nbsp; Just to note, I still have NOT receive any videos in my Feed from 12/16.&amp;nbsp; 12/15 yes, and before yes.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So it's 24hr+ so far.&amp;nbsp; Again, still don't know why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I found a solution.&amp;nbsp; Go to Device, then select the Hub &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Storage Settings and the video recordings are all there, within a reasonable time, 2-3 seconds.&amp;nbsp; It does not give a preview (no subscription) so click on it to view the recording.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been an Alro fan for many years, and for a second, was regretting investing (upgrade) to Pro5S.&amp;nbsp; Now that I know, happy again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this will help someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
