New Pro 5s 2k not detecting any motion

have tried solutions mentioned in above previous posts. No activity zones exists. Filter set to all-motion and High. Manual test shows nothing at any distance. Any suggestions?

ps Essentials indoor detects ok in same position.

The Pro5s uses a passive infrared (PIR) sensor to detect motion. The Indoor cameras all use image processing.

Have you tried connecting the Pro 5s to AC power at that location?
