      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We bought an Arlo Pro 5S 2K the last time we visited the US. Upon trying to register the device back home in the Philippines, the unit model couldn’t be found in the app. Both my phone and the app are updated so i’m not sure what’s wrong. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
