Arlo 2K Only downloading audio in MP$

Have installed this unit with older model Arlo Cameras. Can see video recording on App and online portal, but when downloaded the MP4 has audio only. Have downloaded onto two different computers and tried loading with VCL and Media Player. The downloaded MP4 from the older model Arlo cameras are complete with video and audio.

Did you mean to say VLC? If so, is this the current version?

Maybe try installing this tool, and see if it finds an HEVC video track in the MP4

Media Player and Edge might not play HEVC video unless you purchase the HEVC Windows extension from Microsoft ($0.99). Chrome will play it without the Windows extension, but it does requires HEVC hardware acceleration on the PC. An old PC might not have that hardware.

But VLC should play it, unless the MP4 somehow got damaged.
