Arlo app. Live stream, issue, my mistake or inferior app?

I have the Arlo app installed and intend on attaching seven Pro 5s 2k cameras to it. I have one camera setup and I have a question about the application. When I go to the dashboard, the camera shows up but it doesn't display live video on the camera widget. It has a still pic with a play button to connect and show live video. I've used other brands of cameras, like Nest and Ring etc and the dashboard has a live stream of all of the cameras on the dashboard. not having live streams on the dashboard is a showstopper for me moving forward with Arlo. I sure hope it's something I'm doing or missing in the app.

If you mean you want automatic live streaming when going to the Dashboard, Arlo doesn't do that - you have to click on play each time.
