    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been asked to assist in setting up access to cameras that were previously installed. However, I cannot get access because the cameras have been set up by an employee who died. I cannot get a verification email to go through on the deceased person's email nor my email, so I am completely stuck and there seems to be no support from Arlo. Everything is automated and none of the automated support helps at all to fix this situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How does one reach support so I can access these cameras? We have spent a lot of money on Arlo cameras and it is ridiculous that we can get no support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
