    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you StephenB,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In storage settings, there is 0 storage used in the USB disk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think the app has something problem? As the motion detection is work. But no video recorded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new user and using&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Camera: Pro5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart hub:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VMB4540&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;USB:&amp;nbsp;SanDisk 512GB Ultra Fit USB 3.2 Flash Drive&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subscription: No&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The camera &lt;SPAN&gt;and smart hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;connected to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smart hub record locally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;storage status is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Port forwarding is enabled and available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Camera has notifications when motions detected in Arm mode.&lt;BR /&gt;But there is no recording.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing in Feed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even I tried to reinstall all the app, camera and smart hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it still can not record any video.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone can help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you so much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kenny&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
