      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i’ve tried to give access to my partner. Followed the process but her account is like a new one with no access to our cameras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We both downloaded app from scratch and both have the same UI. I tried following advice of adding a Pro 5 to her account but it doesn’t trigger the update and I can’t go through adding the device because it’s already added to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She did receive a random notification out of nowhere to accept the invite, but it wouldn’t let her click accept.
