&lt;P&gt;Make sure they are fully charged - they will drain power fairly quickly when they are trying to reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't reset the cameras (or removed them from your account), then I suggest setting the wifi network name and password to match what you were using before.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have removed them from your account, you can do a hardware reset.&amp;nbsp; Open the housing, and press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds).&amp;nbsp; Then try the install again.&amp;nbsp; Also, sometimes using my.arlo.com on a PC works when the app fails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
