Pro 5 solar panel connection

I have six pro 5 cameras on solar panels. All have worked great for a year. But yesterday one of my cameras started flashing a red exclamation in a red circle that when I click on it say to “attach a compatible charger to the camera to charge”. This camera has the same solar panel connected to it that it has had for a year. I have tried cleaning the magnetic connection but it still says the same message and is not charging the camera…

anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Well the issue seemed to resolve on its own….started charging with the solar panel again. (Camera was down to 93% but quickly charged to 100%) not sure what the issue was that made it indicate a compatible charger was needed when it fact it was a Arlo solar panel that was connected. So maybe the cleaning of the magnetic contact worked. It just didn’t work immediately but began working about 3 hours later…weird
