Hi, the firmware release table (https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/Arlo-Firmware-Release-Table/m-p/1920885#M791) shows “1.23.0.0_1520_b69eb19” for the VMB5000, but my VMB5000r6 shows version

1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3

and says there are no updates.

How do I get it to update?

I understand that firmware varies by region, where do I find the regional information?

This version is currently in a slow release phase. You will receive the update overnight if your device is scheduled in the next phased release.
