&lt;P&gt;You often do need to (carefully) shake the camera to get the housing out of the shell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is sticking, you can get some silcone grease, and apply it to the O-ring after you get the camera out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if there is no button on the bottom of the camera, then you must have an Essential model (not a Pro 5s).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
