&lt;LI&gt;double-check that the phone is connected to the same network you want use for the camera.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you use a VPN, then make sure it is turned off&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you have unusual characters (accents, etc) in the network name or password, then try removing them.&lt;/LI&gt;
