Arlo Pro 5 2K not connecting to telstra router

I have a telstra smart hub router. Bought 2 Pro5 cameras and they wont connect. Have tried disconnecting 5hz wifi plus connecting through guest wifi setting. Still wont connect. Dont have a Arlo hub.

Check that the security is WPA2 (AES).
double-check that the phone is connected to the same network you want use for the camera.
If you use a VPN, then make sure it is turned off
If you have unusual characters (accents, etc) in the network name or password, then try removing them.
