    <description>&lt;P&gt;A few things:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Check that your active mode doesn't disarm cameras. Select a mode (Armed Away) that should have rules for all cameras to record.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- What subscription do you have? If it's a legacy one try canceling that sub and subscribe to one of the current plans.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Use the app and go to Settings, Support Center, select one of your cameras and scroll down to Contacts to talk&amp;nbsp; to official support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a mix of Ultras, Pros, 3 4 and 5 and none of my 11 devices are recording anymore. I have verified that I have a monthly subscription and checked all the devices that video motion detection in on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any Arlo support who can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
