No live feed

My phone says its connected to camera but nothing is happening, can't see video, should there be any leds on the camera

When you are viewing the camera dashboard, if you tap on the camera picture do you see a sideways triangular icon button appear? If so tap the button to begin live streaming the camera.

The status led on the camera will show blue when the camera is fully charged.

The red night LEDs should operate in low light if the camera is not disabled.

Thanks for getting back. Ya I press the play button, it buffers then goes back to nothing. The 2 cameras keep going offline by nxt morning, I'm wondering if it's my Internet, it's garbage. Being upgraded Fri. I'm not sure if the cameras keep turning off.

This sounds like a connection issue between the cameras and router. Bring a camera closer to the router to see if that helps. House construction as well as things on/in the walls that block the signal or even other 2.4GHz wireless devices interfering with the signal can all cause this sort of issue. Bringing a camera closer should help identify the issue.

Thanks for your help. I’m getting new fibre broadband to the house on Friday, so I’m going to wait till that’s up and running then start again.
