It went offline by itself so I assumed low battery. Charged it overnight and now all it does is power cycles: Blue led ON for about 1 second, IR LEDs come on a few seconds later, camera "Clicks"...and repeat forever. Tried different battery, tried every imaginable reset button timing and battery insertion combination to no avail.
