If we try to adjust the camera in moves down (it doesn't fall) so the camera is no longer capturing as much as we would like. I have made sure that the activity zones are correct. When I go onto arlo.com I am not seeing this as a part we can purchase. The weight of the camera and the leverage it supplies causes the camera to rotate if the ring isn't tight enough.
