      <description>&lt;P&gt;What’s up guys. My arlo app hasn’t and won’t let me open it. It’ll stay stuck in the Home Screen. I already updated the app, my phone, restarted phone and deleted and reinstalled app. No clue what’s going on. Please help and thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;restarting the phone&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;put it into airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;launch the app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Take the phone out of airplane mode when you get the internet connection error on the app (and connect the phone back to your wifi).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That should let you log on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
