    <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription (Settings --&amp;gt; Subscription --&amp;gt; Cancel Subscription) but when I go to Settings, the Subscription option is greyed out and I can't click it and can't cancel. I also called the only phone number I can find (a 408 number found through my CC company) but it's just generic info and I can't get anyone live on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You see that Subscription is greyed out since that's just a separator for the menu. Click on the items below that to actually manage the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
