topic Camera Pro 4 is going off-line in Arlo Pro 4

I have updated with 3 new Arlo Pro 4 cameras and I still use my “old” Base unit VMB 4000. All cameras are about 10 meters distance from the Base station. The problem is that one and same camera is constantly going off-line. After 3 days I got a new from the dealer. But the problem remains the same!

I don´t think that is a problem with the distance. (Only 10 meters!) If I move the camera indoor it doesn’t go online. I must pair it with the Base again and then I works for a day or two.

Any good idea what to do?

KR > Kjell

Start by swapping cameras around to prove that it's the location or camera.

Thanks, that´s a good idea!

However I realised that I have the power supply in a lamp housing with a 230V LED (to charge the battery during the night) and maybe this could have some impact to the 5V supply. So I disconnected the cable from the camera and I will test this for a few days first.

KR > Kjell
