&lt;P&gt;If you are, then I suggest trying again using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have to use the phone app for some reason, then also&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;make sure any VPN is disabled&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;make sure the phone is connected to the same wifi as the camera&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;maybe disable mobile data&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Arlo Pro 4 can't connect to my WI-FI</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I temporarily set my WI-Fi to 2.4GHZ ( I checked it in the properties) WPA2, the blue light flashes, I get the tone, and none of my cameras can be found. I am sitting at the desk where my eero box is located so distance is not a problem. I have tried using both my cell and my PC. I have even logged out of my WI-Fi and logged back in once it has been set to 2.4GHZ. What else can I try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. I was on the chat with an associate for 2 hours and had to do a factory reset and try a bunch of different things but finally got them to work. Of course, the first one I got running went off line after an hour. I will troubleshoot it another day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that the wifi security is set to to WPA2 (AES)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have special characters (including punctuation and spaces) in your wifi name or password, you might need to remove them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi David, I had to get on the phone with a customer support person and do things like a factory reset of the cameras. It took us 2 hours to get all 3 cameras connected. I would suggest you block some time and call customer support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The camera never show up in the DHCP list (is it the same as&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;router's attached device list that you mentioned?).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Same, after chime sound, the LED blue light will flash for another 5 times then go off and stay off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp; That says the camera isn't able to join your wifi network.&amp;nbsp; You might want to check the security settings for your wifi (making sure mac address access controls aren't enabled, etc).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What router are you using? (manufacturer and model).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
