Notifications stopped

worked with trial subscription. They stopped once subscription ended.
i have done the following:

1. select routines in arlo app

2. select modes Arm Away

3. Select camera

4. Turned on when motion detected.
5. Selected then send notification.
6. Push notification is on.
7. Have added email. Mycellnumber@vtext.com

8. Enable action is on.
9. Press Save

10. Press Finish.

i do not receive text notifications though.

Worked until about 5 pm or 6 pm today.

Still have subscription and the notifications and feed no longer update.

I suspect there is a service outage they are not being honest about.
