I purchased 3 Pro 4 cameras about 18 months ago. Since, 2 have completely quit working. I initially thought it was the batteries, so purchased 2 new ones. But as it turns out, it was the cameras. Not a good product in my opinion.

What happens when you put freshly charged batteries in? The LED on the face should briefly blink blue - does it? Have you tried resetting them after removing them from your account and then reinstall them? Are you connecting to your WiFi or to a hub or base? Any and all details are needed.

It would seem that you have a subscription so use Settings, Support to start a conversation with official support. They're out of warranty so no replacements.

<LI-SPOILER>The batteries are brand new and fully charged. When either battery is placed in either camera, nothing happens. No blink of any kind. I pressed the sync for 3 seconds and nothing, removed the battery and then pressed for 15 and nothing. Repeated for 1 min and 2 minutes and nothing. I was on the line with Arlo Tech support for about an hour yesterday and worked through everything they could think of a d notbing. My third camera is working fine. </LI-SPOILER>

If you don't get a blue blink when first installing a battery, which shows that power is connected, nothing else is going to work. What happens if you just use AC power? Does the LED blink blue when the power is connected?

Then I would surmise that the camera is faulty. If within the warranty period, contact official support for an RMA.
