<title>topic Cannot place an order in Arlo Pro 4</title>
    <link>https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro-4/Cannot-place-an-order/m-p/1907755#M8564</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried but to no avail to place an order for 4, Arlo Pro 4 Cameras and 3, Arlo cables.&amp;nbsp; I have received two order numbers and countless emails telling me "additional information is needed to complete your order" Each time i call, i am told to wait 24 hrs. Each time i wait, nothing ever happens.&amp;nbsp; I've been told it is because i am using a VPN...I don't ever have a VPN!&amp;nbsp; I've been told it is an IP address conflict but no one at support can tell me exactly what the conflict is OR how to resolve it. After the 9th phone call today i was told i cannot order them and to go to a local retailer.&amp;nbsp; SERIOUSLY?????&amp;nbsp; How are we as consumers expected to get behind and support a product that we cant even order directly from the manufacturer??&amp;nbsp; Even if i did order then from a local retailer, how am i supposed to order/subscribe to an Arlo Secure Plan??&amp;nbsp; If i cant order hardware from the site, how am i supposed to successfully order/subscribe to a plan????&amp;nbsp; If there is anyone out there that can lend some insight, I'd greatly appreciate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
