      <title>Arlo Pro 4: Receiving Notifications, But no Video in Library</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three Arlo Pro 4s that have been sending notifications and recording video to the library as expected for the past two weeks since install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However starting last night, I continue to receive notifications, but no video is being stored in the&amp;nbsp;library.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Researched this issue on the forums and there is a lot of contradictory information about how to troubleshoot. Tried deactivating and restarting, removing and replacing the batteries, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated, thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I am a noob with this product. I assumed that being able to view video after getting alerts was part of the standard functionality. So this is actually a premium feature where I need to subscribe? Sorry, just figuring all this out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
