      <description>&lt;P&gt;My free trial subscription has expired. I am trying to purchase a paid subscription. I have entered all the info on the order form, agreed to terms of service, clicked update payment info and nothing happens. I have tried this on my iPhone, iPad, Windows PC, Linux PC. I have used Firefox, Edge, Chrome and even Safari. There is no way to call in an order so WTF how do I subscribe?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason the last time I tried it worked, don't know what the magic was but I was able to subscribe&lt;/P&gt;</description>
