Arlo Pro 4 Shared devices.

I have 9 cameras located in different locations. I have 6 that are my devices and 3 that are shared.

the person who shared the 3 is no longer there. How do I get them to become my devices.

The equipment owner needs to remove the cameras from their account including any base station.

You can then add the equipment to your account after you relocate it to your location.

If the equipment is to remain at the different location you will need to create yourself a second account to add the equipment and grant user access to the original account.
