Battery not fully charging

Hi,

Recently bought 2 arlo pro 4 cameras, however when i place them on charge they only charge up to 35%, which means I have to charge again in another 4 days. Is there any fix for this issue? Extremely frustrating...

Are you using an Arlo charger? If not, what are the charger specs?

My own Pro 4 charges to 100%.

Hi Stephen,

Yes, using the magnetic charging cable supplied in the box. Both cameras only going up to 35%.

But what about the charger?

5 volts, 2.1 Amp??? Or something else???
