These cameras are awesome. However the lack of being able to reach a person is a HUGE issue for me. I am trying t add my spouse so he can view the cameras without using my account. Its asking him to scan the cameras. If I'm adding someone who may not be at my house why is it asking that. How do we make this work. HELP!!!!

You can contact official support (this is a user forum) by using Settings, Support. Choose your camera and use one of the choices presented.

Are these both new accounts? If so, he would click on Home at the top of the screen and choose the bottom Home to see your camera(s). I suggest one or both of you renaming Home so it's obvious whose is whose.
