Funny. I searched and searched and nothing. Tried using their chat-bot and it asked to clarify ‘owner’s manual’. Should I have said a "guide for the product purchaser"?

I just went to arlo.com, clicked on support at the top and then chose the Pro 4 camera. Near the top of that page is a link for documentation.

I am fairly new to Arlo products. Currently I have 4 cameras and smarthub and I think they really need to work on their docs.

Also if they would add some photos to the documentation, that would be a big help.

Use the Support link at the top here and type in searches, perhaps including the 4.x interface. Results may well include answers for both UIs so read carefully. In any event, looking at the FAQs available should answer most, if not all, your questions. Feel free to ask here, too.
