Arlo Pro 4 no option to return to “event” after viewing an event

When I go to events on the app, and select one to view, there’s no way to go back to the vets page as you were just stuck here, unless you close out the app and reopen it.

so,

I open the app

go to the event screen

tap in an event

view event video

no way to get off this screen or go back. The top three icons on the right are useless, unless you want to delete it

iOS or Android? On Android, I can select an event type, view those and then go back to select event types again via the 3 dot menu icon.

I don’t have three dots on my screen while viewing an event (recording). The only way to return to the event screen and choose another event is to tap on settings in upper right and click on one of the options (Favorite, delete, share, donate or download). Without selecting one of these options, there’s no way to go back in to the event screen. I have to shut down the app and restart it just to watch another event.

On my iPhone, I can select the < control on the upper left when viewing the recording, which takes me back to feed. From there I can select the three dots on feed to get back to the event selection.

Though normally I don't use the event filtering, and just scroll around in Feed until I see the video I want to view.

Are you seeing the < in the upper left hand corner?

Nope, no arrow to go back. That sure would be nice, and simple. When I tap on the settings upper right, these are the options, as you can see, and no arrow to go back or options to change screen. Essentially, I’m stuck on this screen.

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
