    <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you are selecting the correct SSID and entering the new wifi password correctly when the app prompts you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that your phone/pc is connected to the same network when trying to onboard your Pro 4.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>New Internet Provider</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new internet provider. I have tried everything and cannot get the camera to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I deleted the device from my account, factory reset the camera, tried to add it back (yes 2.4ghz service)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and it flashes blue but will not scan the QR code. Followed every step/trick for scanning (lighting, next to the router, brightness on my phone, etc.) It isn't easy to get help from Arlo directly.&amp;nbsp; I am so frustrated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
