      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get notifications from the app that the camera has been activated. I try to go to the app/online/push notification and they all say that my arlo devices appear offline. If I go to the history, the last saved video was from a week ago yet I get several notifications daily saying there was motion detected. All cameras are working and somehow notifying me but I can't see the videos.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a subscription? The camera needs that for could recordings as do any cameras newer than the Pro 2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
