Friend access requires subscritiopn

I granted two peiople access to cameras. The arolo app requires them to pay a subscription fee. The website clearly says this is free. Anybody else have this problem?

It is free, and I think you are running into a recent bug. More info is here:

Once you migrate to "Feed" you cannot switch back. It is just being rolled out, and some folks are reporting issues. So if sharing the cameras can wait a bit, you might consider doing that.
